How do I get reliable real-board tracking?

Place the phone where the full board and all four corners are visible. Keep it steady, use bright, even light, avoid glare and hard shadows, and make sure pieces sit clearly inside their squares. If recognition pauses, hold still and let Eloqi see the position again.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Open iPhone or iPad Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Eloqi. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Eloqi's Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If Apple shows the purchase but Eloqi does not unlock, restart the app and contact us.

Which devices are supported?

Eloqi runs on iPhones with iOS 16.4 or later. Some on-device AI features are available only on recent devices with more memory. Camera permission and enough free storage for on-device models are recommended.

Are camera images uploaded?

No. Real-board camera images are processed entirely on device and are never uploaded by the production app.

How do I send feedback from the app?

Open Settings › App › Help inside Eloqi. You can write to us directly there, or use Email us to send a message with your app version already filled in.
