Effective July 11, 2026. By downloading or using Eloqi: AI Chess Coach, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Agreement

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA; where applicable, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

Using Eloqi

Eloqi is for personal, non-commercial chess learning and entertainment. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of law or tournament rules.

Coaching

Chess analysis and coaching are educational aids. Eloqi may make mistakes and does not guarantee any rating improvement, match result, or competitive outcome.

Plans and prices

Eloqi offers:

• Weekly Premium: US$1.99 per week.
• Monthly Premium: US$3.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Lifetime Premium: US$39.99 as a one-time purchase.

Prices may vary by country and are shown by Apple before purchase.

Renewal and free trial

Weekly and monthly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed to your Apple ID. They renew automatically at the price shown by Apple unless cancelled.

The monthly free trial converts to the US$3.99/month subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Eligibility for introductory offers is determined by Apple.

Cancel or manage

Cancel anytime in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting Eloqi does not cancel a subscription.

Restores and refunds

Use Restore Purchases in Eloqi to restore an eligible purchase. Billing, refunds, renewals, and payment disputes are handled by Apple under its policies.

Availability and supported devices

Features may change, and availability can depend on device capability, operating-system version, downloaded on-device models, and camera conditions.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eloqi is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes and ending use

We may update these Terms or the app. You may stop using Eloqi at any time. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the app, users, or comply with law.
